Suburban Property LLC is a small, independent residential rental property resource that provides single, one bedroom apartments to large, free-standing, single-family homes. Suburban’s rental property portfolio currently consists of 28 units, primarily located in the City of Grand Rapids. We take pride in providing an excellent housing experience for individuals who ultimately become one of Suburban’s tenants.
